SoC & FPGA Solutions
FPGA (field-programmable gate array ) is a constantly evolving technology, especially in terms of logic density and speed. Among the newest improvements in the FPGA world are System on a Chip (SoC) FPGA devices. SoC refers to integrating all components of an electronic system into a single integrated circuit.
RTS implemented complex BLDC motor control algorithms using SmartFusion SoC and proven production experience in developing System-on-Chip (SoC) drives and DSP/FPGA/ASIC based solutions.
Products
FPGA Based High Speed Data Converter
RTS Meets the growing bandwidth needs of higher-speed converters with open market FPGA solutions. An FPGA transceiver that can serve as either a parallel to serial transmitter or a serial to parallel receiver. The design is intended to implement using low-cost FPGA (ALTERA EP4CE6)
SoC based Servo Controllers
Our MCAS (missile control actuation systems) include control electronics which provide electrical power and closed loop feedback control to the BLDC motors. The control electronics receive position commands from the missile’s guidance section through either an Analog or digital communication interface.
Motor commutation and position loop closure is achieved through sensor feedback. Our Controllers used for
- Flight control actuation systems for missiles.
- Control actuation systems for gimballed and thrust vectoring systems on missiles and launch vehicles.
Multi-Channel Digital Servo Controller:
RTS developed a Multi-Channel Controller (Quad) for new indigenous air-launched missile called New-Generation Anti-Radiation Missile (NGARM), which is used to control FIN positions for aerodynamic maneuvers, in response to steering commands from the Flight Computer.
20-Channel Solenoid Valve Controller
RTS developed a 20 Channel Rapid Response Solenoid Valve Controller for Mission Shakti which will control the functional operation of 40 Solenoid Valves which guide the 3rd Stage of missile according to the command received from OBC.
