 BLDC Motor Driver PCB

A compact high power driver package for brushless DC motor with Driver input voltage of 60 VDC and equipped with Brake Operation which can be controlled via I/O or Serial communications. This contain all of the active functions required to implement a full featured open loop, three or four phase motor control system. This device consists of a rotor position decoder for proper commutation sequencing. this includes are protective features consisting of undervoltage lockout, cycle−by−cycle current limiting. This works for closed loop in conjunction with microcontroller board.

Analog Controller for Electro Hydraulic Actuator

Analog Servo Controller has been developed as a position control servo amplifier for hydraulic actuation system. It accepts command and feedback signals in DC and controls the current flowing into the torque motor coils of two servo valves. The unit comprising two servo amplifiers, weighs about 1.5 kg and operates on 28 V DC

HIGH POWER BLDC MOTOR CONTROLLERS

RTS provide a ready-to-use and optimized solution for motor and motion control systems in a wide range of voltage and current ratings.
The motor controller is a sensored BLDC motor controller with isolated diver and power stage which takes inputs from Hall Effect sensors to determine the rotor position. This includes LVDT signal conditioning used to take the position from LVDT equipped in the linear actuator, other sensors are used to monitor the variables that are critical such as the motor phase current, and velocity for the operation of the motor controller.

RTS Designed and Developed a controller for 4.5 Ton EMA with Miniature Hardware and reduced wiring, which can handle high power.
