Srinivasa Reddy Nallamilli is a postgraduate in Electronics Engineering, a serial entrepreneur, and the Founder & Managing Director of Reliable Technosystems (I) Private Limited. His professional journey spans public service, technology, entrepreneurship, and business leadership, giving him a distinctive combination of technical understanding, organisational experience, and strategic perspective.
He began his career in public service as a Gazetted Officer, where he gained firsthand experience working within large and complex government systems. This early phase of his career helped shape his understanding of institutional processes, disciplined execution, and the importance of building systems that can operate reliably at scale.
He later transitioned into the technology sector and became part of the founding team at JAMDAT Mobile. During this period, he grew into a leadership role and gained experience building teams, scaling operations, and working in a rapidly evolving global technology environment. Following JAMDAT Mobile's acquisition by EA, he went on to serve in a senior leadership position at EA Sports India, where he continued to lead high-performing teams and contribute to the delivery of complex projects within a global organisation.
Building on this multidisciplinary experience, he founded Reliable Technosystems with the vision of creating strong indigenous engineering and technology capabilities for India's defence and strategic sectors. Under his leadership, RTS has evolved into a multidisciplinary aerospace and defence technology company with capabilities across advanced electronics, control and actuation systems, power electronics, RF and microwave technologies, unmanned systems, embedded technologies, and precision engineering. His focus has consistently been on developing technically robust solutions, strengthening in-house engineering capabilities, and building an organisation capable of supporting demanding mission-critical applications.
As a serial entrepreneur, Srinivasa Reddy brings an entrepreneurial mindset centred on identifying opportunities, building capable teams, developing sustainable organisations, and creating long-term value through technology and execution. He continues to guide RTS's strategic direction, technology development, manufacturing expansion, partnerships, and long-term growth, with the ambition of strengthening the company's position in India's aerospace and defence ecosystem and expanding its presence internationally.
Alongside his professional responsibilities, he remains actively engaged in philanthropic and community-development initiatives. He believes that entrepreneurship and business leadership should extend beyond commercial success and contribute meaningfully to society, particularly through initiatives that support education, community welfare, and long-term social development.
